I have to say, I’m very glad last week is done and over with. It was one of those weeks that came out of the blue and bashed me in the side of the face. I’m not fond of those types of weeks. And I think I’ll try to avoid them for at least the rest of the year.

I spent the week at the hospital. We found out last Monday that the reason my father’s leg had been hurting (for three weeks!) when he walked was because somehow he’d managed to break his hip. He’d never fallen, so we’re still not sure how it happened. But it was a break that wouldn’t heal. So they put him in emergency surgery on Tuesday to replace the ball joint. He came out of it great and was home by Friday.

I didn’t get much writing done last week, though I did manage to delve into the Dark Sword world as often as I could. I *think* this week should be normal. Of course, now that I said that, it probably won’t. lol
